So this happened this weekend. My dad's 60th birthday, the winery, and my sister-in-law's famous cookies. Her recipe is secret, and ever-changing. Evolving from butter and oil, to whole wheat flour and coconut sugar. We try to convince her to somehow package and sell them, but she's happy just preparing them for family events--lucky us! Weekend Race Recap + Expectations
Last weekend was Tough Mudder (in case you missed it, lol), and I knew my marathon training would be altered because of it. I actually ended up doing Tough Mudder in place of my scheduled 13 mile run--and I think that worked out well. But this weekend was a rescheduled race from an icy day back in March.
