Last weekend was Tough Mudder (in case you missed it, lol), and I knew my marathon training would be altered because of it. I actually ended up doing Tough Mudder in place of my scheduled 13 mile run--and I think that worked out well. But this weekend was a rescheduled race from an icy day back in March.
