When you are constantly plagued by pain, fatigue, and injury, your body is trying to tell you something. Small fitness adjustments give your body strength to ward off challenges life brings. A strong body feeds your mind and gives you confidence to go about your days. A body that is injury free is empowered to be effective in all areas of life. 30 minutes per day of walking, stretching, or weightlifting can make a significant difference in the quality of your physical body.
