Last year I rediscovered my Crock Pot. Technically, Crock Pot is a brand name slow cooker, but since they paved the road for these versatile, busy day lifesavers, the terms have become almost synonymous. I, however, actually own a Crock Pot (check it out right here<–affiliate link). I’ve been very happy with this model because it’s super simple. I really don’t feel the need for more than a dial that just lets me cook on low, medium, and high!
So anyway, I typically only used my Crock Pot at Thanksgiving to make my husband creamed corn, and during football season to make turkey chili. Then I realized the power of the Crock Pot for crafting warm, flavorful, healthy meals that are ready like magic when I get home from work.
I really want to get back into that, so I compiled a round up of some healthy Crock Pot (or slow cooker!) recipes that I will definitely be giving a try this season!
Sweet Potato Lentil Chili | Healthy Helper
Italian While Fish Stew | Healthy Helper
Vegan Minestrone | Healthy Helper
Crock Pot Baked Apples | Grapefruit & Granola
Slow Cooker Paleo Chili | Fitful Focus

I am sooo ready to get cooking 🙂
