Marathon Strategy

Marathon Taper Week
So here we are. It’s finally marathon week. The training is done and now all that’s left to do is truly, ‘trust the training’ and carefully navigate each day this week. The 3 Hour Run
I don't really know of anyone who actually looks forward to this day, but the 3 hour (or 18-20 mile run) is obviously an integral piece of marathon training.
