I want to help you organize your online finances because I know how important it is–this is waaaay more important than vacuuming under the furniture.
Where to start
I am offering 2 FREE finance printables—well, one is a printable and one is a file.
The Everything Finances Printable
Download this printable, print it, and take some time to fill in the blanks. There are spots for each category of your finances (mortgage/rent, utilities, cars, etc.), corresponding usernames and passwords, amounts paid, and even the source of the payment (direct from checking, credit card, etc.) With this filled it, you know where everything is, how to access it, what is costs, and where it comes from. Pop it in a binder and all your financial information is at your fingertips.

The Everything Finances Spreadsheet
For the more technologically inclined, I am also offering a fully functional spreadsheet. This spreadsheet has been through years of tweaking and adjusting to my changing lifestyle. It includes spots for all of the information in the printable, but also is formatted to give you a total monthly spending, and month by month comparison.
The green cells with zeros are formatted with SUM formulas to give you totals as you input data into the cells above it each month. The blue cells below all the categories are formatted to add all of the month’s green cells and give you your total monthly spending.
Click here to open a copy of the Google spreadsheet. Once it is open, save a copy to your computer, flash drive, or wherever you want to keep it before you begin to edit it.
Google Sheets and Excel formatting were not playing nice, so if you would like your spreadsheet as an Excel document, directly download it here. The appearance of the sheets are slightly different, but have the same functionality.
I do not keep my personal finance tracker on my Google Drive, or any other cloud account–you probably shouldn’t either!
1. Take time to bookmark all of your financial websites using folders that correspond with the same categories on the printable. Make the bookmark the log in page of the website.
2. Take note if your monthly payment changes. Don’t let significant changes go so easily! Call, get answers, and save money!
3. Don’t forget to make updates. Companies change names/websites. Passwords occasionally have to be changed as well.
I hope these resources help! FruitionFitness.com believes in a balance of fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle–finances being a big part of our lifestyle. Getting your finances in order can give you peace of mind to explore endeavors in other aspects of your life.
