Newfound space and a sense of finally being settled, have released some space in my mind to begin crafting effective workouts to help me reach my goals. A couple of weeks ago I wrote about building back up my strength from the ground up, and this workout took that idea and turned it up a million notches.
I didn’t even create this workout for the blog–it just happened. I was literally doing this workout at 5am. In my pajamas, after 30 minutes of early morning baby cuddles .
Two words–Holy HIIT.
This workout was too good to not share, so I scribbled it down right after I was done, then fancied it up a little for you to pin!
I am not a certified trainer (even though I used to be!) Even if I were, I don’t know you and your ability levels. Please exercise caution when embarking on any fitness program.
20 seconds for each exercise, with no rest, makes for 3 minutes of intense movement that will have your muscles screaming and your heart pounding.
