Hi! I’m Michelle, athlete, wife, mom, and content/web girl for Fruition Fitness. That’s Lance–the idea guy!
Lance and I found running together in 2003 and were opened up to a whole community of people who just ‘got’ us. We tore through the road racing scene and decided triathlons were next on our list. After competing in sprints through half Ironman distances, it was only natural to take the plunge and register for the full Ironman distance. In August of 2010, we competed in Ironman Louisville. Since the launch of fruitionfitness.com in 2010, we have continually evolved in order to best convey our message to you. We began as a simple website to promote Fruition Personal Training and decided to add a few pages and some freelance health and fitness articles written by Michelle. We knew we wanted to share more of our knowledge and experience, so a year later re-launched the new and improved website/blog with tons of content to help you reach your fruition.
From race recaps, to HIIT workouts, product reviews, running and triathlons tips, our goal is to provide information and inspiration to help you reach your fruition.
